In 2004 Bay Engineers Supplies merged with the General Machinery Company which was founded in 1917. GMC was the first distributor of Fenner power transmission products in NZ! Maud Kirk Machinery founded in 1946 became the Power Transmission division of our company in 2014. Maud Kirk is Sumitomo Drive Technologies oldest distributor on the planet!
